1. Total duration analysis — How many runs in the period, what was the pass rate, and is the trend improving or degrading? 2. Step duration analysis — Which step is the bottleneck? Shown as a probability density distribution, so you see the mean and the stability at the same time. 3. Error-by-step analysis — Where do errors concentrate? Timeout-and-retry, timeout failure, out-of-sequence, or skipped. 4. Cycle time deviation analysis — For a single run, every step's actual duration against its configured standard time. Query by serial number or session to judge whether the standard time is realistic.
04 / SOP Editor
One system, many products
The system manages multiple SOPs. Adding or modifying a flow — step sequence, timeout thresholds, demonstration videos, judgment criteria — all happens in the same editor. No programming, and changes take effect on save.
