In the System in Package process, due to the high density of components, complex test points and small size, high-speed and high-precision alignment and testing must be taken into account at the same time. The efficiency of traditional single-site testing is limited, and manual material replacement and alignment are more likely to cause errors and production capacity bottlenecks.

Multi-site control

A single arm can correspond to multiple test stations and automatically distribute the workload. 
The system can intelligently determine the usage status of each test station and automatically allocate pick-and-place tasks, greatly shortening the waiting time, optimizing the production cycle, and improving overall operational efficiency. 

Intelligent loading and unloading

Equipped with a high-end image recognition system to improve accuracy. 
The position of the object to be tested is captured by an industrial camera, and deviations are automatically corrected. This effectively avoids human errors and ensures that the test needle is accurately aligned.

Supports Multi-Spec Custom Fixtures and Quick-Swap Mechanisms
